I think it's important because you get to know other people's culture and heritage. Since I am learning Spanish, I am learning for about the Spanish culture and how some words in English are related to Spanish. It's just so cool that Spanish and English are related. Also, if we learn learn a similar language like Italian. Then it would be easier to learn that lanuguage too. If we learn one language, then we can learn more than one. Thats what I think ^^

learning is good for your health

you can get a better job if you kow more thank one language

So that if you're kidnapped and they're speaking in spanish because they think that you don't understand other languages, but you do, and you listen to them, then you hear their evil plans to take over the world... or something like that.

... Or maybe just if you're traveling. Or if you want to improve on literature... I think.

Oh also so you can translate those posts on youtube that ppl put in Spanish.

if you learn a different language it helps you get into better colleges..which helpp you get into good jobs!

so that if you do foreign studies in another country you can use your diffrent knowledge of languages there. it also helps improve your comprehension skills because you have to learn to use new words and how they are used correctly in  a sentence

because you can amaze people with your smartness and you can go to spanish countries and not look like an idiot.
and you can get good jobs

Because you can even learn where some English words come from, so it may even help you learn about your own language.

And also so that you can have Ms. Rogers as a teacher :)

Knowing Spanish or any another language is important because it helps with jobs,for one, and there are a lot of different cultures in the US alone, so it makes it important to learn the tongue of our fellow ppl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And also you can make fun of other ppl without them knowing!!!! Jk!!!!                   I LOVE SPANISH AND OTHER LANGUAGES BUT MOSTLY SPANISH

spanish makes you smarter because spanish is based off of latin which has a whole bunch of other languages based off of it. so when you go to places out of the country, you can still semi under stand funny languages like FRENCH

It is good to learn a second language because jobs in the future require a second language. It will also make your communication skills better with people who don't speak English.

So when we go to other places we are able to communicate with other people. Also, some careers might pay you extra for knowing another language. Spanish is fun. WE LOVE YOU MIS.ROGERS!!! :)

HAHAHAHA!! wow. this is hilarious. I think you need to know/learn another language, because it will help you learn more about other cultures, help you socialize in the real world, and it will basically help you anywhere in the world. Plus, it's a great thing to learn! :)
